Setting up a Shift with Premium Time

The Premium Time tab allows you to assign premium time zones to the selected shift. Premium Time Zones can be applied to the pay class or to a shift. If a premium zone is applied to both a pay class and a shift, the premium time zones assigned to the shift will be used in the calculations. Premium Time is only available in the Enterprise edition of PayClock Online.

1. Choose Setup from the navigation list.
2. From the slide out menu, select Shifts.
3. Choose the shift you wish to work with from the list. If you need to create a new shift select the + New button.
4. Configure the desired settings for the shift.
5. Go to the Premium Time tab.
6. Select the premium time zone(s) that you wish to assign to the shift. If you need to create a new shift select the + button.
7. Once complete, select Save.
